Your item must be in its original unused condition and packaging to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase with proof of payment. (Note, if you purchased via a shop or external website, you will need to contact this establishment for your return. We will only directly return products purchased directly through the Natural Kids website.)
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund, outlining your reason and we will assign you a refund number should your request be granted.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter confirming the reason for your return and your assigned refund number, as well as the original receipt.
4. Note, you will be responsible for the cost of postage if the goods are not faulty, but you have changed your mind.
Products that have been worn, used, opened or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange (unless faulty – see below).
Goods which have been received and assessed to be faulty (with the relevant approval given for a refund – see notes above) will be refunded, and your return postage costs reimbursed. Bank account or credit card details will need to be provided accordingly.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund (unless faulty). We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that was paid on the order.
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your Natural Kids item for a different size or colour. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will be responsible for the extra shipping.
